Appointment & Enquiry Request
It takes the request; you keep the diary. No calendar of availability to keep working, no cap on requests, and no badge on your website, ever.

The gap it closes
The app most Wix sites already have is Wix Bookings, 3.4★ over 1,718 reviews, and its worst cluster is money it took and could not hand over. The single most-voted review on the whole shelf — 25 votes — begins “Horrible headache, from beginning to end” and ends with three paid appointments whose money was refunded to the clients rather than released to the business. Underneath it: “After adding a payment methods, clients are unable to book services” · “clients can not get passed the BUY NOW”.
The second cluster is the shopping cart nobody asked for. “If your website provides free services, the system insists on ‘Add to Cart’ buttons and ‘Order Totals’ ($0.00). This ‘Shopping Cart’ flow is unprofessional, confusing for visitors, and there is no simple way to disable these e-commerce elements.” — 8 votes. “I want to offer free consultations — cannot remove the cart or billing section.” And in French, a consultant who deleted the app because “the payment module obliges clients to enter a full postal address before they can pay” for a video call.
The third is a staff member the business does not have. “Why does an appointment even require a staff member?? … The work around is to create more fake staff users” — 8 votes. “Wix Bookings: Great for Imaginary Businesses with Fake Employees” — 6. “Having to create ‘fake’ staff member … is infuriating and very difficult to manage” — 6. “Im running my business myself and don’t have staff so i dont know how to remove that” — 7.
The fourth is simply that the machinery stops. “If you want to book an appointment on my site users have to know to refresh the page. Otherwise, it doesn’t work. This is my business.” · “it doesn’t recognise the appointments, and I get lots of double bookings” · “Imposible hacer que aparezca un calendario de reservas en la web” · “The clients are NOT receiving the confirmation emails !!! WHAT is happening??” · and a notification that reached a real customer reading ${booking_contact_last_name}.
And nine rivals’ own pricing pages were read on the day this was built. Two have no free plan at all — $26.58 and $27.91 a month. Three ration the thing the app is: five appointments a month, ten events, fifteen “trial enquiries”. Two print their own name on the customer’s website until you pay — “No POWR branding” at $3.62/mo, “Your own branding — (Non-premium scheduler have Simpl-e-Schedule attribution)” at $5.58. One charges $6.99 a month for “Questions — Ask specific questions to qualify your leads” and $13.99 for “Accept or Reject booking requests”. Those last two lines are this app’s free plan.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 01
Say what people can ask you for
A list in your own words — a home visit, a consultation, a written quote, a repair. Each one carries a line underneath and a single switch: does it need a date? Turn that off for “send me a quote” and the when section disappears for that choice, which is what makes this an enquiry form as well as an appointment one.
- 02
Say when you will not take one
The weekdays you never work, how much notice you need, and how far ahead somebody may ask. That is all. There is no calendar of availability, no slot, no duration, no staff member and no capacity — so there is no engine here that can stop working, double-book you, or tell a customer you are closed when you are open.
- 03
Answer it
Every request arrives in your own dashboard with what they asked for, when would suit them, their second choice, how to reach them and the answers to your own questions. One press opens your own email client with your own opening line already written. Confirm, decline or close it. Nothing was ever booked automatically.
How it behaves
The decisions that matter.
-
No cap on requests, on any plan, ever
Not on the free plan, not on any plan, not in any month. POWR’s free tier stops at five appointments a month; a request this app quietly refused would be a customer you never heard from, which is the worst thing it could possibly do.
-
Saying yes or no is free
The whole list, confirm, decline, close, a private note and replying from your own email address. The app two doors down charges $13.99 a month for “Accept or Reject booking requests”.
-
Your own questions are free
Up to twelve of them — a short answer, a longer one, a list to choose from, yes or no, or a number — each optional or required. $6.99 a month next door.
-
No watermark and no badge, on any plan, ever
Not on the page, not in the editor. Two of the apps on this shelf print their own name on your website until you pay them to stop.
-
It never sends an email to anybody
Not to the sender, not to you, not to a third party. There is no mail server in this app at all, so nothing can bounce, be marked as spam, or reach your customer with a placeholder where their name should be — three separate live reviews on the app this replaces. You answer from your own address, which is the one they already trust.
-
There is no calendar, no slot and no staff member
Nothing here can double-book you, refuse to load, or insist you invent an employee. A visitor says which day would suit them and roughly what time; you decide. It is the engine next door that fails, and this app does not have one.
-
No cart, no order total, no payment and no postal address
It never takes a penny and never asks anybody where they live. A free consultation asks for a name, a way to reach them, and nothing else.
-
One request per placement
Measured on a published page: exactly one call for the whole form, and then zero more for choosing a service, picking a date, pressing a time of day or answering every question. Sending costs exactly one more.
-
It needs no paid site
The booking page most Wix sites already have is billed through a Wix Premium plan, and its own reviewers say so. This is an ordinary element on an ordinary page.
-
It reads on a phone
Measured at 390 pixels on a published page: one column, full-width fields, every time-of-day button on one line, and no horizontal scrolling on the page or in the widget. The layout asks the widget its own width rather than the browser’s, so it is right inside a column too.
-
Every request is your own data
An ordinary row in your own site’s content manager, exportable to a CSV at any time on any plan. Nothing is held anywhere else.
-
It stores nothing about a visitor they did not type
No cookie, no local storage, no session, no identifier, no IP address, no third-party request. Only the name, the way to reach them and what they wrote.
Pricing
Free tier that actually works.
Billed per site through the Wix App Market, monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%). Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The free plan is deliberately functional and never expires, so the app can prove itself on a real site before you pay for it.

Installing & getting started
- Add Appointment & Enquiry Request to your Wix site from the App Market and approve the permissions listed below.
- Open it from your site dashboard under Apps. It adds the Request form element (editor widget, any page, any number of times) / Dashboard page.
- Follow the three steps above. The free tier covers no cap on requests, ever. One request form on as many pages as you like, with your own list of things people can ask for, up to twelve of your own questions, a preferred date and time of day, a second choice, and a message. The whole list in your dashboard with confirm, decline, close, a private note, and a reply written from your own email address. The days you never work, how much notice you need and how far ahead anybody may ask. All four arrangements and every design control, including colours that follow a dark site. Every visitor-facing word editable. Spam protection, and CSV export, so you can prove it works before paying.
- Stuck? Email [email protected] — two business days response.
Permissions, and why each one
SCOPE.DEV_CENTER.APP-INSTANCE-READ-BASIC-INFO- Read which plan the site is on, so Pro and Business features unlock.
What is stored, and where
- Every request — a name, an email address or a telephone number, what they asked for, roughly when, and anything else they typed — is stored in a collection inside your own site, under your own account, and is exportable to a CSV at any time on any plan. The site owner is the controller of it.
- It never asks anybody for a postal address, and never takes a payment of any kind.
- Nothing at all is written to a visitor’s device: no cookie, no local storage, no session, no identifier. No IP address is recorded.
- This app sends no email to anybody, ever. It has no mail server and no outbound channel of any kind.
- Nothing is sent to any third party. No message is passed to an outside service to be scored for spam; the checks are arithmetic done on your own site.
- On Business, where a sender can be given a private link to check their request, that link’s secret is stored beside the request and is never shown in any list or included in a CSV export.
- Uninstalling removes the app’s collections and touches nothing else.

Questions people ask.
How is this different from a booking system?
A booking system says a time is taken the moment somebody presses a button. This says somebody would like a time and you have not agreed yet. There is no calendar of availability, no slot, no duration, no staff member and no capacity — so it cannot double-book you, cannot show a customer availability you do not have, and cannot fail to load a calendar. You keep the diary you already keep.
How is it different from your Services & Price List app?
That one publishes a menu of what you do with a price against each. This one takes the request that comes back. They are made to sit on the same page: the price list says what is on offer, the request form asks for a time.
How many requests can a free site take?
As many as arrive. There is no cap on any plan and there never will be. POWR’s free plan stops at five appointments a month, and a request an app quietly swallowed is a customer you would never know had come.
Will I get an email when somebody sends a request?
No — and that is on purpose. This app has no mail server at all, so nothing can bounce, land in spam or arrive with a placeholder where a name should be, which are three separate live reviews on the app it replaces. Every request lands in your own dashboard and in your site’s own data, and the dashboard tells you how many are new. It is the one thing this app deliberately does not do for you.
Can somebody ask for a day I am closed?
No. The weekdays you never work, the notice you need and how far ahead anybody may ask are all free, and a date outside them is refused on the page in your own words — and again on the server, in case anybody tried to get round it. Holidays and one-off closures are on Pro.
What about people who just want a quote, with no date at all?
Mark that entry in your list as one that needs no date. The when section disappears for that choice alone, and nobody is ever refused for a date they were never asked for. That is why this is an enquiry form as well as an appointment one.
Is there a watermark on the free plan?
No, and there is none on any plan, ever. Two of the apps on this shelf charge $3.62 and $5.58 a month to take their own name off your website.
Does it take payments or deposits?
No, and it never will. The single most-voted review on this whole shelf is a business whose customers paid, whose money was refunded to them rather than released, and whose app-maker disclaimed responsibility. There is no cart here, no order total, no checkout and no payment of any kind.
Do I have to be on a paid Wix plan?
No. The booking system most Wix sites already have is billed through a Wix Premium plan and its own reviewers say so. This is an ordinary element you drag onto an ordinary page.
Can I put it on more than one page?
Yes, free, as many times as you like — and each placement can pre-select what it is about, so a page about kitchens opens with kitchens already chosen. The app next door charges $5.58 a month for putting its widget on a second page. Several separate forms, each with its own questions and wording, are on Pro.
Will it slow my page down?
Measured on a published page: exactly one request for the whole form, and then zero more for choosing a service, picking a date, pressing a time of day or answering every question. Sending costs one more. It fetches nothing from anybody and loads no fonts, icons or scripts from outside.
What happens if I stop using the app?
Every request is an ordinary row in your own site’s content manager, exportable to a CSV at any time on any plan, free included. Uninstalling removes the app’s collections and touches nothing else.
Does it work on Wix Studio?
Yes. It is a custom element, so it runs on Wix Studio, the classic Wix Editor and Wix Harmony — the same app and the same settings panel. It was built and verified on a published Wix Studio page and on a published classic Wix page, the classic one installed through the App Market exactly as a customer would.
