  • A warm, editorial LIGHT theme — paper, charcoal and muted sage with Fraunces serif — a deliberate counterpoint to the dark sites in the portfolio
  • A featured-listing hero with a working search bar, plus listing cards with price, specs and hover lift
  • IntersectionObserver reveals, count-up track record, and neighbourhood guides built for image-led browsing
  • Real architectural photography throughout — a featured hero, listing cards, neighbourhood guides and an agent portrait

Meridian Residences is a fictional boutique real-estate studio, and it exists in the portfolio to do one thing the other demos don’t: prove the same craft applies to a light, warm, editorial brand. Paper background, charcoal ink, a muted sage accent and a Fraunces serif — calm and premium, the opposite of the usual portal clutter.

Built for image-led browsing

Real estate is photography-first, so the layout is designed around it: a featured-listing hero with a working search bar, a tidy grid of listing cards (price, beds, baths, hover lift), and neighbourhood guides for browsing by area.

The details that build confidence

  • A track record that counts up on scroll — sales volume, homes sold, days on market.
  • A “why us” section arguing fewer listings, more attention.
  • A personal agent profile and a discreet, no-obligation valuation request.

Photography front and centre

Real estate is sold on the image, so the layout is built around it — a dusk-lit featured hero, listing cards, neighbourhood guides and a warm agent portrait, all carrying genuine architectural photography.
