The gap it closes
Deleting an account gives you a 24-hour undo window, after which the platform’s own documentation states that all contacts, messages, campaigns and settings are lost, permanently and irreversibly.
Snapshots are not a backup. They exclude contacts, conversations, opportunities, appointments, payments, billing data and call logs by design — they copy configuration, not live data. Most operators believe otherwise, and find out at the worst possible moment.
Every backup app in the marketplace installs at the individual account level only. The party that carries the risk and the budget cannot buy it the way they need it. That gap is structural, not featural.

There is no per-run charge from us: the subscription covers unlimited executions. The marketplace may display its own per-execution tag on premium steps, which is set by the platform and not by us.

What is stored, and where
- Bedrock is the one app in this set that will store data outside the automation platform, because a backup that lives only inside the thing being backed up is not a backup.

Is this available?
No. It is specified and researched, and deliberately sequenced after the apps that cost nothing to run. This page exists so the plan is public, not because you can install it.
Why not just use snapshots?
Because snapshots exclude contacts, conversations, opportunities, appointments and payments by design. They restore a configuration, not a business.
Why does this one need hosting when the others do not?
A scheduled backup has to run on its own, at a time nobody is present, and it has to put the data somewhere outside the system it is protecting. Both of those need a server.
