Maison Verre Reserve a table

Bistro & Natural Wine — Est. 2019

An evening that lingers,
poured by candlelight.

Tucked inside the old glassworks, Maison Verre serves seasonal small plates and low-intervention wine — slowly, generously, and a little after dark.

Our story

A room built for the long table

We took over a draughty corner of the old Verre & Fils glassworks in 2019, kept the iron windows, and pointed every light at the table instead of the ceiling. What we cook is unfussy and seasonal; what we pour is grown by people we have actually met.

There is no tasting-menu theatre here — just good bread, an open kitchen, and a cellar of living wine that rewards a second glass.

“Hospitality is simply this: a warm room, an honest plate, and no reason to rush home.”
— Camille Doré, chef-patron
